We're seeking an

exceptional Registered Manager

to lead one of our warm and welcoming children's homes in

Melksham

-- someone who can inspire a team, champion high standards of care, and make a difference every single day.

What You'll Be Doing

Creating a warm, safe, and nurturing home where young people feel valued and supported. Ensuring the home meets

Children's Homes Regulations

and consistently delivers outstanding care. Leading, inspiring, and developing a passionate team of care professionals. Managing budgets, resources, and the day-to-day running of the home. Working with external professionals to safeguard young people and drive positive outcomes. Shaping a home where every child is empowered to be themselves and succeed on their own terms.

What We're Looking For

Proven leadership experience in children's residential care. A strong understanding of legislation, safeguarding, and best practice. Inspirational leadership and brilliant communication skills. A commitment to creating a positive, empowering environment.

NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma

(Children & Young People) essential.

QCF Level 5 in Leadership & Management

(or willingness to work towards). A full UK driving licence
