Registered Manager: Specialist Solo Children's Home - Pudsey, Bradford
Salary: Up to 60,000 + 5,000 Bonus

in Pudsey, Bradford. This specialist service is designed entirely for one young person withlearning disabilities

, with full autonomy to tailor all care and support to the individual's needs.Your Key Responsibilities
Lead the Launch:
Oversee the complete setup,Ofsted registration
, and successful operational launch of the new service.Deliver Tailored Care:
Develop and implement highlyspecialized care plans
that focus entirely on the young person's unique needs.Build an Expert Team:
Recruit, lead, and mentor a small, dedicated staff team to provide outstanding support.Ensure Excellence:
Guarantee full compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain the highest levels of safety and therapeutic care.Operational Oversight:
Manage all daily operations, budgets, and external collaborations (families, health professionals, etc.).What You'll Bring
Experience:
Proven experience as aDeputy Manager or Registered Manager
in a children's residential setting.Qualification:
ALevel 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
(or equivalent) is essential.Driving:
A valid UK driving license is a must.Your Rewards

A competitive salary of up to60,000
