Registered Children's Home Manager

Chaddesden, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

Who We Are

After decades of excellence in adult care, the natural progression is now expanding into the children's residential sector, bringing that same family led ethos and high standards into a new space. Our ambition is to build a leading group of children's homes that set the benchmark for care, outcomes, and culture across the UK. And as the new kids on the block, make our presence well known. We understand what it takes to run outstanding homes and lead at a regional level, from compliance and staffing to referrals and placements. Our goal is to bring that same structured, high-performing culture into every children's home we open. This first home is just the beginning, and we're looking for a leader to be at the forefront of that journey. Someone who doesn't just want to run a home, but to build a legacy.

The Role & Progression

This role is an opportunity to take ownership, to lead our flagship children's home, shape its culture, and put your stamp on something that's truly yours. Within 3-4 months post-registration, we're already looking at our next property acquisition to become our 2nd children's home within derby, and you'll have the opportunity to become dual-registered across both homes within a short space, putting your salary at that time around 85-100k with performance bonuses.

From there, depending on results you could naturally progress to a Regional Manager role, overseeing multiple homes and multiple dual registered managers, as we grow. You won't just be part of the expansion, you'll be leading it.

Why Join Us

You'll have freedom and autonomy to make decisions that matter. You'll be listened to and valued and your ideas will directly shape our services. You'll be part of a young, ambitious, and hungry team with a clear growth roadmap. And most importantly, you'll have the opportunity to grow faster than you ever could within a large, corporate structure. This isn't just another job, it's a chance to build something meaningful from the ground up, backed by people who know care inside out and believe in doing things differently. And most importantly, you'll be part of a company that blends heart and business. We care deeply about outcomes, but we also know how to grow sustainably and reward leadership. We're building something long term, homes that make a difference, a brand that stands for outstanding, and a legacy that will redefine what modern care looks like.
