Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Registered Children's Home Manager to lead the establishment of a new registered children's home in Corsham, Wiltshire.

This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and young people in the region.

As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in setting up the home, shaping its culture, and ensuring it delivers outstanding care and support.

You will be responsible for recruiting and leading a dedicated team, developing strategic plans, and overseeing all operational and support services. Your leadership will be key to the home's future growth and success and you'll be supported by our RI for the region.

We value work-life balance and empower our managers to design their own schedules within a 40-hour week, with flexibility to meet the needs of the home. Occasional evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins may be required, but we believe in supporting you to succeed - both professionally and personally.

What We're Looking For

Over 21 years old (Essential) Right to work in the UK (Essential) Unfortunately we are unable to offer sponsorship. Ability to travel with a clean driving licence and business insurance (Essential) 5+ years' experience working with children at a senior level (Essential) NVQ Level 3 or QCF Level 4 in Health/Social Care/Youth Work/Education (Essential) Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or Children's Residential Management (or working towards) (Essential) Enhanced portable DBS (Desirable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 45,000.00-52,000.00 per year
