Salary: Up to 60,000 Package
Are you an experienced and compassionate leader ready to
build a brand-new service from the ground up
? We are seeking a dedicatedRegistered Children's Home Manager
to launch a4-bedded residential care home in Crewe
. This is a unique opportunity to shape a supportive, therapeutic environment for young people withEmotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
and challenging behaviors.You will be instrumental in the home's successful launch, working closely with the Responsible Individual (RI) to ensure standards of care are not just met, but
exceeded
.Your Key Responsibilities
Establish a New Home:
Lead the launch, registration, and daily operations, creating a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment from day one.Team Leadership:
Recruit, build, and mentor a skilled staff team to provide effective, person-centered support.Quality & Compliance:
Formallyregister with Ofsted
and take full responsibility for ensuring the home consistently meets all regulatory standards and company policies.Individualised Care:
Oversee the development of tailored care plans, ensuring every young person achieves positive outcomes.What We're Looking For
Experience:
Proven experience as aDeputy Manager or Registered Manager
in a children's residential care setting.Qualifications:
A minimum of aLevel 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce
(or equivalent).Driving Licence:
A valid UK driving licence is essential.What We Offer
Competitive Salary:
A basic salary of50,000
, with performance bonuses up to9,000
, for a total package of up to60,000
