The Premium Package

Base Salary:

55,000 - 60,000 (Dependent on experience).

Welcome Bonus:

Many of our placements include a significant sign-on bonus (up to 5,000).

Ofsted Rewards:

Financial bonuses for achieving "Good" or "Outstanding" ratings.

What You Bring

Proven Track Record:

You have successfully managed an Ofsted-registered home and have a history of positive inspection outcomes.

Qualifications:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare is essential.

Respite Expertise:

You understand the fast-paced nature of short-break services, from rapid risk assessments to managing high-frequency transitions.

Local Leadership:

A strong communicator who can lead a diverse team and maintain excellent relationships with Doncaster local authorities.
