Provision: Learning Disability Home

Location: Wolverhampton

Salary: Up to 52,000 + Bonus Package + Benefit Package

The home:

We are currently looking for a Registered Manager who wants to take on the development of a Brand New 3 bed Therapeutic EBD Home in Cannock.

Essential Job Requirements

Diploma or NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce. Strong understanding of

child development, trauma, and therapeutic

care approaches. Holding a

Level 5 Diploma

in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare A commitment to personal development and the acquisition of professional skills and further qualifications. 3 years' work experience working with Young People within a residential environment including 2 years at senior level. Experience of working with young people with emotional and behavioural issues and complex needs including challenging behaviour.

Desirable Attributes

Proven success of development of staff teams and individuals. Proven Ofsted inspection history.

Pay: 42,000.00-52,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
