About United Homes Group

Our homes are grounded in attachment-based practice, supported by Dyadic Developmental Practice (DDP) and regular clinical consultations and supervisions by a leading DPP practitioner. We use the ClearCare system to ensure high-quality documentation, compliance, and transparency.
Our Hayes home is well-established and currently rated Good by Ofsted. We're now investing in leadership to take it to Outstanding.
The Role
This is a rare opportunity to lead a trauma-informed home where care, practice, and leadership are deeply aligned. You'll be responsible for all aspects of home performance - care delivery, safeguarding, team culture, inspection readiness, and long-term outcomes.
You'll be supported by senior leaders with

track records who trust experienced managers to lead with purpose and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day running of a therapeutic EBD home
Maintain and improve standards across care, compliance, and safeguarding
Embed trauma-informed approaches rooted in DDP into daily practice
Coach and develop a high-performing, reflective team
Use ClearCare to drive quality assurance and accountability
Prepare confidently for Ofsted and drive continuous improvement
About You
We welcome applications from:
Proven Registered Managers with a track record in Good/Outstanding homes
Exceptional Deputy Managers ready to step up into full leadership
You will also need:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
Strong safeguarding knowledge and regulatory fluency
Experience with therapeutic models (DDP, PACE, or similar)
A calm, strategic mindset and child-first decision-making
What We Offer
Total package: 80,000 - 100,000
Base salary between 60K-80K depending on experience
Performance bonus up to 20K based on KPIs and Ofsted outcomes
Regular DDP training and clinical consultation
Full use of the ClearCare platform for efficiency and compliance
Real autonomy with strong operational and therapeutic support
Progression to RI or senior roles within a growing group
