to lead our brand-new children's home. The home has been carefully refurbished to the highest standards, creating a warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment for children and young people.

As the

Registered Manager

, you will play a vital role in shaping the culture, ethos, and direction of the home, ensuring it provides outstanding care and support for young people with emotional and behavioural needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Register with Ofsted as the Home's Registered Manager Lead, inspire, and manage a team of residential childcare staff Ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance Develop and implement policies, procedures, and care plans that meet children's individual needs Build positive relationships with external agencies, professionals, and families Drive the home towards achieving and maintaining

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's residential setting NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards) In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young people
