Salary: 50,000 - 62,000 + Bonuses

.This home is dedicated to supporting children and young people with
Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
and complex challenging behaviours. This is your chance to lead a home that genuinely changes lives and drives exceptional outcomes.Your Leadership Duties
You will take full responsibility for the home's operational, clinical, and compliance performance:
OFSTED Registration:
Formally register withOFSTED
as the Home Manager.Quality & Compliance:
Ensure the service consistently meets all regulatory standards and company policies.Team Development:
Recruit, manage, and mentor
the staff team, effectively delegating responsibilities.Strategic Oversight:
Collaborate closely with theResponsible Individual (RI)
for safe and effective service direction.Operational Control:
Manage home budgets, oversee the referral process, and manage the residential setting dedicated tovulnerable children
.Contract and Requirements

.What You'll Need
Qualification:
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management
(or equivalent) is essential.Experience:
Proven experience as aDeputy or Registered Manager
in a children's residential setting.Mobility:
A valid UKDriving Licence

Pay: 52,000.00-62,000.00 per year
