Registered Manager: Specialist Solo Children's Home - Manchester

Salary: Up to 66,000 Package



Your Key Responsibilities

Lead the Launch:

Oversee the complete setup of the new home and manage a smooth

Ofsted

registration process.

Personalized Care:

Develop and implement highly

tailored care plans

to meet the complex needs of the young person.

Build an Expert Team:

Recruit, lead, and mentor a small, specialized team to provide outstanding, person-centered support.

Ensure Excellence:

Uphold the highest standards of safety and therapeutic care while effectively managing daily operations and budgets.
Candidate Requirements

Qualification:

A

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare

(or equivalent) is essential.

Experience:

Proven experience as a

Deputy or Registered Manager

in a children's residential setting, with a strong background in supporting individuals with

learning disabilities and autism

.

Driving:

A valid UK driving license is required.
Your Comprehensive Package

Competitive Salary:

A basic salary of up to

60,000

, with performance

bonuses

bringing the total package up to

66,000

.

Profit Share:
