Registered Children's Home Manager - Nottingham

Salary: Up to 65,000 Package



Are you a highly experienced and dedicated leader ready to

maintain and enhance an established service

? We are seeking a

Registered Children's Home Manager

to lead our successful residential home in

Nottingham

.

This is a vital role managing a service that supports young people with

Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)

and complex challenging behaviours. With a current

"GOOD" OFSTED rating

, you will be responsible for ensuring continuous excellence and positive outcomes.

Your Key Duties

As the Registered Manager, you will be fully responsible for the safe and effective performance of the home:

Registered Manager Role:

Provide safe and effective leadership for the children's home.

OFSTED Compliance:

Work closely with the RI to ensure the service maintains its

"GOOD" OFSTED rating

and meets all company standards.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, develop, and supervise

the staff team, ensuring child-focused support.

Safeguarding & Outcomes:

Proactively manage safeguarding concerns and drive

positive outcomes

for young people.

Operational Control:

Manage the home's budget and resources.
Contract and RequirementsCompensation & Contract

Salary:

Up to

65,000

per annum (including basic salary and bonuses).

Contract:

Full-time, Permanent contract.
Essential Requirements

Qualification 1:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management

for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).

Qualification 2:

Level 3

in Children and Young People (or equivalent).

Experience:

Proven experience as a

Deputy or Registered Manager

in a children's residential setting.

Driving:

A valid UK

Driving Licence

is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 65,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
