new 2-bed residential EBD home

as part of our continued growth. We are seeking a confident, experienced Registered Manager to lead this exciting new project and take full ownership of the home from registration through to operation.

The Role

You will play a pivotal role in the

setup, registration, and leadership

of a brand-new children's residential home.

Lead the full setup and opening of a new 2-bed EBD residential home Manage the Ofsted registration process and ensure full regulatory compliance Recruit, develop, and lead a dedicated care team Establish policies, procedures, and best practice aligned with Lifebridge Group values Manage referrals, admissions, and placement planning with local authorities Lead on safeguarding, quality assurance, and continuous improvement Create a stable, nurturing, and child-centred culture from the outset

About You

Experienced Ofsted Registered Manager within children's residential care NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People) - essential or working towards Full UK manual driving licence - essential Strong knowledge of safeguarding, legislation, and regulatory frameworks Confident project leader with excellent organisational and decision-making skills Resilient, calm, and passionate about delivering outstanding care
