We're looking for an exceptional
Registered Manager
to lead one of our therapeutic residential Childrens' homes in Greater Manchester -- someone who believes in creating homes filled with safety, stability, and hope.

The Role
As a Registered Manager, you will:
Lead two children's homes with vision, integrity, and empathy.
Create a safe, structured environment where young people feel seen, heard, and valued.
Inspire, mentor, and develop your teams to deliver outstanding care.
Ensure full compliance with Ofsted, Children's Homes Regulations, and Quality Standards.
Drive continuous improvement through audits, reflective supervision, and professional development.
Build strong partnerships with families, local authorities, and professionals.
Manage budgets effectively, maintaining both quality and sustainability.
About You
You are a confident, trauma-informed leader who believes in the power of connection, compassion, and consistency. You bring both operational expertise and a genuine heart for making a difference.
Essential:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care and Children & Young People's Services (or working towards).
At least 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in children's residential care.
Strong understanding of trauma, attachment, and child development.
Excellent knowledge of safeguarding, regulation, and compliance.
Inspirational leadership and team development skills.
