We are now seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our new children's home within our company. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and passionate professional to take the next step in their career and build upon the home's success.
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:
Level 5 in leadership and management Significant residential childcare experienced with a strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and expectations, Proven leadership and management skills, Ability to deliver high-quality care in line with national standards, A genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and young people, As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the home provides outstanding care, maintaining compliance with Ofsted and local authority requirements. You will lead and motivate your team to deliver the highest standards of support, helping every child reach their full potential.
We are seeking someone who is currently a Registered Manager or has previously held registration with Ofsted and can demonstrate a successful track record of leading or improving services.

Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of care staff, ensuring adherence to care standards and organisational policies.
Develop, implement, and regularly review personalised care plans for children with diverse needs.
Oversee daily operations within the care facility, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to deliver holistic child-centred care.
Manage medication administration processes in accordance with legal and organisational guidelines.
Provide leadership during staff training sessions, promoting continuous professional development in areas of children's care and safeguarding .
Monitor quality assurance procedures to maintain high standards of service delivery.
Handle administrative duties related to staffing schedules, record keeping, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
Proven experience in working in child care home
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple priorities.
Compassionate approach combined with excellent communication skills suitable for working with children and their families and relevant organization.
Relevant qualifications recognised by the appropriate regulatory bodies.
Experience working within a child care home is highly desirable.

Pay: 45,000.00-55,000.00 per year
