Dual Service Children's Home Manager - Preston
Salary: Up to 75,000 Package + Bonuses

to leadtwo solo, EBD residential services
inPreston
.This is a key strategic role where you will create a positive, therapeutic environment and ensure the
absolute highest standards of care
across both homes, which support young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).Your Core Responsibilities:
As the Dual Service Manager, you will drive the strategic direction and operational performance of both services:
Ofsted Registration:
Formallyregister with Ofsted
as the manager for the services.Compliance & Policy:
Develop necessary company policies, maintain records, and ensurefull regulatory compliance
across both sites.Strategic Leadership:
Work closely with theResponsible Individual (RI)
to ensure both services are safe, effective, and achieveexcellent outcomes
.Team Management:
Manage, recruit, and develop
the staff teams across both homes.Operational Oversight:
Overseebudgets
, resources, and the referral process for both services.Contracts:
Full-time, permanent contract Up to 75,000 + Bonuses
