We are expanding our specialist services for young people aged 13-17 who present with emotional, behavioural, and mental health needs. Our aim is simple: safe, structured support that builds independence and a real future.
Your Responsibilities
Lead the home to a
Good or Outstanding
Ofsted rating Ensure full compliance with Children's Homes Regulations & Quality Standards Manage safeguarding, risk, and behaviour management practices Build and mentor a strong staff team with high accountability Oversee care plans, placements, and multi-agency working Ensure accurate reporting, incidents, audits, rota, recruitment Drive continuous improvement and young people's outcomesRequirements
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare
(or working towards) Proven experience managing a children's home or deputy stepping up Strong understanding of Ofsted expectations and regulation Confident in crisis response, behaviour intervention, and staff leadership Full UK Driving Licence Enhanced DBS (or willing to undergo)We Offer
