Job Responsibilities:
Lead the launch of our new 3-bed EBD home.
Oversee all aspects of the home's operation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and delivering high-quality care.
Supervise and manage professional staff.
Champion our mission of empowering young people towards independence.
Requirements:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Children & Young People's Services) or equivalent (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
Minimum 2 years of experience supervising and managing staff in a residential children's setting.
Strong knowledge of Children's Homes regulations and related legislation (Quality Standards 2015, The Children's Homes (Amendment) Regulations 2011, Care Standards Act 2000, Ofsted).
A DBS Certificate is mandatory.
Experience with Ofsted registration is a plus.
