Registered Children's Home Manager - Manchester

Salary: Up to 70,000 Package + 5,000 Welcome Bonus

Registered Manager

to lead a vital service in

Manchester

.

This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a children's home dedicated to supporting young people with

Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)

, focusing on creating positive, life-changing outcomes.

Your Key Duties

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational success of the home:

OFSTED Registration:

Formally register with

OFSTED

as the manager for the service.

Strategic Collaboration:

Work alongside the

Responsible Individual (RI)

to develop and manage the home safely and effectively.

Team Leadership:

Manage, recruit, and empower

the staff team, offering essential guidance and support.

Quality & Compliance:

Ensure the home consistently meets

OFSTED

and company standards.

Delivering Outcomes:

Support children and young people with EBD and create

positive outcomes

for them.
Compensation & Contract

Competitive Salary:

Basic salary up to

60,000

, with performance bonuses bringing the total package up to

70,000

.

Welcome Bonus:

A

5,000

relocation package or welcome bonus.

Contract:

Stable, full-time, permanent position.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 55,000.00-75,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
