to join our multidisciplinary team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will be passionate about musculoskeletal health and committed to delivering the highest standards of patient care. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, supporting patients in their journey to optimal health and wellbeing through evidence-based, non-invasive techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including clinical history, examination, and diagnostic evaluation, to inform personalised treatment plans
Perform safe and effective chiropractic adjustments, spinal manipulations, and related manual therapies to reduce pain and improve function
Advise patients on rehabilitation, exercise, posture, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery and prevent recurrence
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring all treatments are clearly documented in line with regulatory standards
Communicate effectively and empathetically with patients, building trust and ensuring understanding of diagnoses and treatment plans
Work collaboratively with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic, patient-centred care
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in chiropractic practice, maintaining your continuing professional development (CPD)
Qualifications and Requirements
Degree in Chiropractic from a recognised and accredited institution (MChiro, BSc Chiropractic, or equivalent)
Registration with, or eligibility for registration with, the General Chiropractic Council (GCC)
In-depth knowledge of human anatomy, musculoskeletal disorders, and evidence-based treatment techniques
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain clinical concepts clearly and compassionately
A caring and empathetic approach to patient care
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Commitment to ongoing professional development and high standards of clinical governance
