Full-time permanent position available.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated registered nurse for this exciting opportunity to join our caring and compassionate team ideally with experience in dealing with PEG Care, Syringe Driver, Catheterisation, Medication management and Person Centred Care Planning.
The successful candidate must have a keen interest in working with older people, be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be active in developing and enhancing your current skills. As a valued team member, you will be expected to support other staff members in the home and have a desire to deliver high standards of nursing care.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, empathetic, and patient with a keen desire to ensure that the care delivered is if the best quality standard.
You will work alongside and be supported by an internal multi-disciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Behavioural Specialists, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Specialists and Nutritionists.
This means commitment to nursing and hard work, for this we offer:
Shift of 12hrs 15mins (for handover)
Paid handover and breaks.
NMC annual registration paid.
Free uniform.
Ongoing training, on-site support to gain expected competency levels and quality learning and development opportunities.
28 days holiday.
