We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our advanced services team. Responsibilities
Assist Clinicians during examinations and treatments, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
Provide exceptional patient care by reassuring patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Ensure the sterilisation of dental instruments and equipment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications with patients to ensure continuity of care.
Collaborate with the dental team to enhance the overall patient experience and improve practice efficiency.
Utilise IT systems for record keeping, appointment management, and inventory control.
Experience
Previous experience as a Dental Nurse is essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Strong command of English is required to effectively communicate with patients and team members.
Demonstrated ability in patient care, showcasing empathy and understanding towards patients' needs.
Proficient organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a busy environment.
Familiarity with IT systems related to dental practice management is advantageous but not mandatory.
