Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of a small service consisting of approximately 80 children and young people in placement and fostering homes.
  • Responsibility for identifying, nurturing, and supporting social work managers within the agency.
  • Ensuring the agency and its employees maintain the highest standards of care, including responsibility for the overall Ofsted rating.
  • Management and implementation of policies and quality assurance standards, including fostering business plans.
Requirements:
  • Experience in upper-level management, preferably as head of fostering or in a similar role.
  • Registration with Social Work England (SWE).
  • Driver\xe2\x80\x99s license.
  • A deep commitment to supporting foster carers and families in providing the best possible support.
