, you'll be an essential part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team. You'll play a key role in improving thephysical health and overall wellbeing
of service users experiencing acute mental health challenges.What You'll Be Doing:
Deliver
comprehensive physical health assessments
and ongoing health monitoring for inpatients. Providehands-on care
, including wound management and preventative health education. Collaborate with mental health professionals and external healthcare providers to ensureholistic, joined-up care
. Promote a culture ofphysical health awareness
by contributing to staff training and knowledge sharing. Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation in line with professional standards.What We're Looking For:
A qualified
Registered General Nurse (RGN)
with activeNMC registration
. A genuine passion forsupporting people with mental health needs
through quality physical health care. Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset. Confidence working in afast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
