Assist clients with a range of banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, account openings, and loan applications. Provide detailed information about banking products and services, ensuring customers understand their options and benefits. Conduct thorough verification processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Promote banking products such as savings accounts, credit cards, personal loans, and investment opportunities tailored to customer profiles. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions in accordance with data protection standards. Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional banking services to enhance customer satisfaction and bank revenue. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary. Stay informed about current banking regulations, product updates, and industry best practices to provide expert guidance. Support the onboarding of new clients by explaining account features, security procedures, and digital banking tools.

Experience

Previous experience in retail or corporate banking is highly desirable but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively communicate complex information clearly. Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure under pressure.
