We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional patient care by assessing individual needs and developing tailored care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Monitor patients' conditions, documenting changes and reporting any concerns to the medical team. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support for patients and their families. Educate patients on health management, medication usage, and lifestyle changes to promote recovery and wellness. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest nursing practices and advancements.

Qualifications

Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Strong knowledge of patient care principles, anatomy, and medication administration. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to empathise with patients. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team as well as independently when required. Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not essential for newly qualified nurses. A commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethical practice in nursing.

Pay: 24,420.00-38,414.29 per year
