Deliver hands-on nursing care Support and guide Senior Carers and Care Staff Administer and manage medications Complete care plans, risk assessments and audits Communicate with families and health professionals

Requirements:

NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) Compassionate, professional and reliable Care home experience desirable (not essential)

Qualifications

:

Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or equivalent regulatory body.

Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting.

Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.

Proficiency in medication administration, including understanding of drug interactions and contraindications.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathise with patients from diverse backgrounds.

Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
