We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced
Registered General Nurse (RGN)
to join our care team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and compassionate nurse who is committed to delivering high standards of care.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver person-centred nursing care to residents Conduct and manage medication rounds accurately and efficiently Work independently and use clinical judgement in day-to-day nursing duties Collaborate with the wider care team to ensure the wellbeing and safety of all residents Maintain detailed and accurate care records
Requirements:
Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a nurse Experience and confidence in managing medication rounds Ability to work without supervision and make sound clinical decisions A compassionate and professional approach to resident care
