Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Monitor patients' vital signs and overall health status, promptly reporting any changes to the medical team. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatment plans, and medication management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and streamline care processes. Uphold infection control standards and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.

Qualifications

Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse. Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to effectively assess patient conditions. Proven experience in medication administration, with a thorough understanding of pharmacology principles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
