Responsibilities for Band-5 Registered Nurse and Community Nurse Roles:

Skills

Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Proficient in developing comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated leadership skills to guide nursing staff and foster a collaborative work environment.

A valid nursing qualification with current registration as a Registered Nurse.
