Registered General Nurse
Job Description
As a staff nurse on ward 2 Shotley Bridge community hospital you will be responsible for the planning, organisation and delivery of care to patients, assessing individual needs to develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care. You may depending upon experience also be responsible for supervision of junior staff within the team.. Excellent communication skills are required and you must have the ability to work well on your own initiative or as part of a team. You should possess good organisational skills and be able to contribute to the development of flexible working arrangements within the team.
You must be clinically up to date with nursing skills and motivated to develop professionally
