Duties
Deliver exceptional patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Monitor residents' conditions, recording vital signs and reporting any changes to the medical team.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
Participate in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in nursing.
Qualifications
Valid nursing registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
