RCB Healthcare are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care, ensuring our residents receive safe, effective, and personalized treatment.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation Administer medications and injections accurately and other treatments following aseptic techniques and infection control protocols. Assist with diagnostic procedures such as catheterization, suturing, phlebotomy, laboratory specimen collection/processing Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans Ensure compliance with regulations by maintaining accurate medical documentation and safeguarding patient confidentiality throughout all interactions.

Experience

Background working in diverse settings such as outpatient clinics, home & community care programs, assisted living facilities, nursing homes or long-term care environments. Familiarity with specialized nursing areas including behavioral health, geriatrics (including memory & dementia care), infectious disease care, occupational health or hospice & palliative medicine. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy knowledge related to physiology assessments and diagnostic evaluation techniques essential for comprehensive patient care. Experience administering injections, catheter care or performing sterile procedures
