Overview

Perdiswell Rose Care Home are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join their healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and have a solid understanding of anatomy. As Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough resident assessments and document findings accurately. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans based on resident needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and record patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive resident care. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment for residents. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications

Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A compassionate approach with a strong focus on patient advocacy. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 22.75 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
