Job Summary

As a Registered General Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing residents' health conditions, developing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Duties

- Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor residents' vital signs and symptoms
- Educate residents and their families on health management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate resident records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Qualifications

- Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of current healthcare practices and regulation

12 hour shift
