Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories accurately. Educate patients and their families on health management, medication usage, and post-treatment care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Participate in continuous professional development and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Valid nursing registration with the appropriate regulatory body. Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to effectively assess patient conditions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients and colleagues. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanour in challenging situations. A commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to best practices in nursing care. Previous experience in medication administration is highly desirable.
