We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and medical histories.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans based on patient needs.
Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training activities to enhance nursing skills.
Qualifications
Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred.
Proficiency in medication administration protocols.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
