About the Role

We are seeking

Registered General Nurses (RNs)

to join our medico-legal team. In this role, you will produce

factual, high-quality reports

for a variety of cases, including minor injuries, slip/trip/fall incidents, and low-value road traffic accidents (RTA).

This position is ideal for nurses who want to

utilise their clinical skills in a flexible, remote medico-legal setting

. You will support solicitors, insurance companies, and agencies by providing clear and accurate documentation of patient assessments, without giving expert opinions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct clinical assessments for minor injuries and low-value medico-legal cases. Produce factual, structured reports for solicitors and insurance companies. Summarise medical history, functional findings, and incident details in a clear, professional manner. Work within agency protocols to ensure timely and accurate report delivery. Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards at all times. Collaborate with medico-legal case managers and other clinicians when needed.

Person Specification / Requirements

Registered Nurse (NMC) with current registration. Experience in clinical assessment and documentation. Interest or previous experience in medico-legal reporting is advantageous but not essential. Excellent written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload. Professional, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality reports.

Pay: 30.00-140.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7.5 - 37.5 per week
