Role Overview:



We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated

Registered General Nurse (RGN)

to join our team on the night shifts. You will play a crucial role in delivering person-centered care, managing clinical duties, and ensuring the highest standards of nursing care in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individual care plans. Administer medication and treatments safely and in line with NMC guidelines. Monitor residents' health, record observations, and report any concerns promptly. Lead and support the night care team, ensuring a high standard of care is maintained. Respond to emergencies and ensure the safety and well-being of residents throughout the night. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, families, and management to provide holistic care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.

Requirements:



Registered General Nurse (RGN)

qualification with a valid

NMC PIN

. Previous experience in a nursing home or elderly care setting is preferred. Excellent clinical skills, including medication management and wound care. Strong leadership and communication skills. Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing high-quality care. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently during night shifts.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 20.59-21.91 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week

Work Location: In person
