Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care home . The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic clinical environment. The position is paid and suitable for individuals committed to providing exceptional nursing services.

The role is for 2 Nights a week (8pm - 8am)

Responsibilities

Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care plans in accordance with medical directives Monitoring vital signs and observing patient conditions to identify any changes or concerns Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately as prescribed by healthcare professionals Providing emotional support and education to residents and their families regarding health conditions and post-treatment care Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of patient records in compliance with legal and organisational standards Ensuring infection control protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff

Experience

Proven experience as a Registered Nurse within a clinical setting, demonstrating strong patient care skills Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology essential for effective assessment and treatment planning Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathise and provide clear information to patients and colleagues Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Relevant nursing qualification recognised by the appropriate regulatory body
