Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition to the medical team promptly. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and improve health outcomes. Educate patients and their families on health management, medication usage, and post-discharge care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Experience

A valid nursing qualification with current registration as a Registered Nurse. Demonstrated experience in patient care within a clinical setting is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology related to medication administration. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage stressful situations effectively.
