We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality medical care, ensuring the well-being of patients, and supporting their recovery journey.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and document findings accurately. Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals. Provide direct patient care, including wound care, vital sign monitoring, and assistance with daily activities. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in continuous professional development and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Experience

A valid nursing qualification and registration with the relevant nursing regulatory body. Proven experience in medication administration and patient care is essential. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to inform clinical decision-making. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and colleagues. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A commitment to providing compassionate care that respects the dignity of all patients.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: 21.81-34.44 per hour

Expected hours: 08.00 - 20.00 per week
