Requirements

Valid Nursing Registration (NMC PIN) Proven experience in a similar role within a healthcare or care home setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to make critical decisions and work under pressure Familiarity with healthcare protocols, medication administration, and patient care documentation Compassionate approach with a commitment to delivering quality care

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and assess patients' health conditions and respond to changes Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team Provide support and supervision to Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and infection control protocols
