We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties

Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions. Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely, adhering to all relevant protocols and guidelines. Monitor patient vital signs and observe for any changes in condition, reporting significant findings promptly. Assist with medical procedures and support diagnostic tests as required. Educate patients and their families on health management, medication use, and post-discharge care instructions. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care activities in accordance with legal and organisational standards. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalised care plans. Uphold infection control standards and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Experience

Proven experience in a clinical nursing environment, demonstrating strong patient care skills. Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to inform clinical decision-making. Proficiency in medication administration, including understanding drug interactions and contraindications. Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide compassionate patient support. Prior experience working within a hospital or community healthcare setting is desirable but not essential for newly qualified nurses with relevant placements. This role requires a committed professional who values patient-centred care and possesses a thorough understanding of nursing practices. Candidates must hold valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or equivalent regulatory body.

Pay: 25,598.83-41,108.58 per year
