Our client, a

private care home

based in South West London, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Registered General Nurse (RGN)

to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment, delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents.

Working Pattern

Long shifts of 12 hours, working a rotating pattern of

4 days in week one and 3 days in week two

Day and night shifts

Alternate weekends

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care in line with NMC standards

Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day clinical leadership of the service

Undertake care planning, risk assessments, and medicines management

Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing of residents

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Act as a role model and provide guidance to junior staff

Requirements

Must have Right to work in the UK (NO SPONOSORSHIP)

Registered Nurse with valid

NMC registration

Good written and verbal English communication skills

Previous experience in a similar nursing or care environment

Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills

Commitment to delivering high standards of care

Experience in respite care, palliative care, and/or neurorehabilitation will be a strong advantage
