We are looking for a skilled and compassionate
Registered General Nurse (RGN)
to join our team at Stable Steps Care Centre. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their health, safety, and overall wellbeing.Key Responsibilities
Deliver person-centred nursing care in line with residents' care plans. Administer medications safely and accurately. Monitor residents' health, identify changes, and report to the nursing team. Work collaboratively with colleagues across day and night shifts. Maintain accurate records and comply with care standards and regulations.
Requirements
Valid
NMC registration
as a Registered General Nurse. Minimum of1 year nursing home experience
. Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills. Ability to work flexible shifts including days and nights.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 36,000.00-40,000.00 per year
