Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in the

. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. This role is vital in ensuring the well-being of patients while working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals in a dynamic environment.

Duties

Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status, including vital signs and medical history. Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs and preferences. Provide direct patient care, including wound care, intravenous therapy, and assistance with daily living activities. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Experience

Candidates should possess the following skills:

Proficient in medication administration with a strong understanding of pharmacology. Solid knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to effectively assess patient conditions. Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality patient care in various healthcare settings. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a calm and professional demeanour.
