Job Overview


We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing nursing interventions to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Responsibilities



Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather relevant medical histories and evaluate health conditions. Develop, implement, and monitor individualised care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Educate patients and their families about health management, medication usage, and lifestyle modifications. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care effectively. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills.

Qualifications



Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse. Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating leadership qualities when necessary. Proficiency in using electronic health record systems is advantageous. Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred but not essential for newly qualified nurses.

Job Types: Temporary, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 21.00-21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 21 per week

Monday to Friday Weekend availability
