About the Service:

Maple Leaf House is a comfortable, purpose-built nursing care home in Coventry providing specialist care for adults with severe and enduring mental illness, including those with dementia.

At Maple Leaf House we support:

Continuing care for adults with complex mental and physical health needs Dementia care including young onset dementia and advanced forms of dementia Mild to moderate learning difficulties Complex care needs with behaviours that challenge

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

Coordinating the planning and implementation of patient care Developing and coordinating individual or group therapeutic activities Managing aspects of medication management in line with the Trust and NMC guidelines Participating in clinical review meetings Promoting, fostering, and ensuring good working relationships Adhering to all NMC, CQC and local authority standards and guidelines including the NMC code of professional conduct Acting as an advocate for our patients and residents
