Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and assessing patient conditions. Administer medications as prescribed and ensure accurate documentation of medication administration. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy to assess patient needs effectively and provide appropriate interventions. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety.

Experience

Proven experience in a clinical setting is preferred, with a strong emphasis on patient care. Comprehensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology relevant to nursing practice. Familiarity with medication administration protocols and best practices in nursing care. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
